The BHWHG have a small exhibition inside the Library until the end of March. We are displaying a few pieces of research from our recent project “ Working Women of the late 19th/ early 20th century “ There is an article by Maria Hogg about the Brighton Laundresses; A look at Havelock Road by Clare Hughes; A summary of the life of Musician Molly Paley ( 25 years leader of the Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra ) by Jenny Stroud; and some information about our Blue Plaques project by Gerry Holloway.
