Hello everyone!
Life continues to be very busy in the world of BHWHG
A very successful drop-in session was held on June 9th focussing on methods and practical advice for those wanting to know more about conducting their own research. As a follow-on to our ‘Drop-in’ on Tues.9th June, we will be visiting The Keep at Falmer on Friday 10th July, meeting in reception at 1pm. We plan to use the computers to learn how to research family history sites; discover the book collections of registers such as Kelly’s Directories etc and maybe explore other Women History archives that are kept there. It’s free entry and we’ll send more details once we have a list of who wants to attend….Anyone is welcome to attend, even if you were not at the recent Research Drop-in referred to above. Please confirm by email if you would like to attend by Wednesday 1st July at the latest.
