This annual event is held on the Royal Pavilion Gardens, by kind permission of the Royal Pavilion and Museums Trust.
There will be stalls from local community groups and charities, a visit from the Mayor, tombolas, raffles, Canine Partners and their puppies, a Samba band, a choir, and the world-famous rock cakes at the Pavilion Gardens Cafe. In fact, cafe proprietor David Sewell started this event many years ago – just one of several projects he runs for the benefit of the community. It’s a fun day for all, and a chance to find out more about some of the organisations working hard for the community in Brighton and Hove.
Drop by and say hello! See the research work we’ve been doing, become a supporter….. Our books will also be on sale. We are a non-profit group, all money made is re-invested into projects to raise awareness of women’s contribution to history in Brighton and Hove. See you there!
